NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

• Single Room Supplement - $937 (a double room is allocated by the hotel).
• Lunch each day.
• Transportation to and from the departure Airport.
• Required Travel & Medical Insurance.

BOOKING NOTES

1.  A deposit of $300 secures your place.

2.  Deposit is refundable if canceled no later than July 31, 2023.

3.  The final payment is due by September 21, 2023.

      Clients will be invoiced accordingly.

4.  Airport Taxes, Border Taxes and Visa Fees are included in the price but may

     require slight adjustment subject to the final confirmed amount by the suppliers.

5.  Final flight schedules will be confirmed at final invoice on September 21, 2023.

6.  Travel Packs with final flight and hotel details with map,guide booklets, and

     support documents will be mailed out by early October 2023.

7.  During each day, lunch stops will be made at selected self-service restaurants or

     hotels where snacks or full meals can be purchased at reasonable prices

     (full meals averages $20-25, snacks average $10-15). On some days, lunch

     boxes may be provided.

Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Please note, the deposit and final payment will be held by Biblical Resources LLC

    at the address listed below. The deposit will be credited to your final invoice.

2. If you cancel your booking after final payment, we reserve the right to apply the

    following cancellation charges:

       September 30, 2022, 50% cancellation charge.

       October 10, 2022, 75% cancellation charge.

       October 30, 2022, 100% cancellation charge.

3. Visas to enter Israel are granted automatically to USA passport holders.

    Other nationalities may require a visa - appropriate advice will be given for an

    alternative nationality.

4. Passports should be valid for the dates of travel and for at least 6 months AFTER

    the return date of this tour.

5. If there are any Covid oe related related requirements, we will advise you

    accordingly as soon as it is known.
